Chia Pudding

Transform your morning with a simple, pre-planned breakfast that you can grab on your way out the door, and you’ll avoid munching on junkie, sugary protein bars or fast food. No matter how rough your day starts, our Mango Morning Parfait will put a pep in your step with high-power protein from chia seeds and is just as convenient to nosh on as a protein bar or piece of fruit.


  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  •  1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 mango, cored and peeled


1. Combine chia, almond milk, cinnamon, maple syrup in a bowl. Stir to blend all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Place mango in food processor (or blender) and pulse until creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Layer chia mixture and mango into a mason jar and refrigerate overnight to set.
4. Enjoy for 2-3 days after preparation.
