Dipped Strawberries

If love isn’t in the air for you this Valentine’s season, we’re here to change that for you and your taste buds. Get ready to fall in love with our decadent Dipped Strawberries recipe!

Not only is this a cinch to make, but it’s loaded with antioxidants and B vitamins. Obviously, these health benefits are disguised under our sweet friends, the strawberry and dark chocolate, but we’re not complaining. Add a crunchy topping of B6 and vitamin E rich pistachios and you may even notice an improvement in your skin and boost in mental clarity.


  • 1 pint organic strawberries
  • 1 bar organic dark chocolate (70% or higher)
  • 4 handfuls lightly salted pistachios, lightly crushed into bits


  • Set out 3 bowls. Place strawberries in one, and pistachios in another. Leave the third empty for the chocolate.
  • Heat a pot of water to just below a boil and place a small metal bowl inside it, making sure the edges of the bowl stay outside the rim of the pot. Place chocolate, cut into squares, into the metal bowl and stir until melted.
  • Pour chocolate into remaining bowl.
  • Dip each strawberry into chocolate and lightly sprinkle pistachios over each berry.
  • Place individual berries onto a wax paper lined tray and let cool 20 minutes.
