WEEK TWO

Another week of Tour means MORE chances to try our delicious Mixtape Meal recipes. Check out our suggested meals to whip up in Week Two:

  1. SWEET POTATO HASH EGG BOWL:
    The key to this bowl is the perfectly cooked Sweet Potato Hash. We know there are plenty ways of making sweet potatoes, but this is our unique style:

    Ingredients:
    1 Sweet Potato, chopped
    ⅓ C yellow onion, chopped
    ½ tsp garlic powder

    Directions:
    In a medium skillet, add your onion with a dash of oil and saute for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.
    Add in your sweet potato and garlic powder. Pan fry until potatoes are soft enough to poke with a fork. (You can brown a little longer if you like them crispy!)

  2. 4 WAY WRAP:
    This recipe may be the simplest of them all but definitely the MOST delicious. Whether you’re in a sweet or savory mood our PB+J or BLT Wraps are the perfect grab n go lunch.

  3. MEDITERRANEAN SKILLET:
    Want to impress your family or friends with a beautiful dinner but not spend your quality time together in the kitchen! Try our Mediterranean Skillet and prepare to be amazed!
