Week 2: Baby You Should Go And Love Yourself

Say YES to YOU!
 
We believe in SELF LOVE. The relationship you have with yourself is the most important one in the world. Take a little extra time this week to love yourself. You only get one body, so it’s incredibly important to treat it right. As humans, we are constantly evolving, which is why its important to listen, learn and live life to the fullest. Remember that self love is a choice. One that you have to make each morning when you wake up. Spend this week being a little more selfish then usual. HIGHWAY TO WELL is about getting to the best version of YOU, so you can take care of everyone around you in a much more loving and real way. That means saying yes to your workouts, balanced meals, and treating yourself from time to time. It means saying no, when you really want to. And it means trying new things.

 

Here’s a couple lists we made this week of things we’re going to do and things we’re going to try. Join us and give yourself a lotta love this week!

Going to Do

  • Take a friggin’ BATH!: candles, epsom salts, essential oils – BYE WORLD!
  • Get our foam roll on
  • STRETCH & take a restorative yoga class
  • Get a massage
  • Extend our face masks to our bodies – (with all this detoxing, sweating and seasonal change, we want to keep those pores happy!)
  • Meditate at least 5 minutes a day

 

Going to Try

  • Surrounding ourselves with positive affirmations
  • Brushing our teeth with charcoal – we know, we’re scared too!
  • Going to an ‘urban sweat lodge‘ – also scared!
  • Drinking probiotics
