I was lucky enough to attend the very first POUND class with C and K. 20. Hmm… what’s my most inspiring story from the road?

There are too many to choose from. But here’s one. A mom of three came to training in a small town in North Carolina. She had discovered POUND and said it finally gave her HERSELF back. It provided her with an outlet to be herself for one hour and she regained a piece of herself that she had lost. She had never taught group fitness before but she decided to become a POUND Pro so that she could give other women the same outlet and now she’s killing it! I hear similar stories to this often and it blows my mind every time.
