3 Recipes To Start Your Morning Strong

Many of us start our mornings the same way… with coffee. Hot and black, or with sugar and cream. But we’re not gonna lie, we’re missing our visits to the local coffee shops. That’s why we’ve created 3 easy recipes to keep your taste buds excited and your mornings a little more fun!

COOKIE DOUGH COFFEE:

(serves 1)

1 C milk of your choice (almond, oat, regular)
1 T almond butter
½ t vanilla extract
1 t maple syrup or liquid monk fruit (add more after if you’d like, but start here)
1 t cocoa powder
Pinch of sea salt
Coffee or Espresso

 

Directions:

  1. Bring milk to a boil, turn down heat as soon as it begins to boil
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender, including your coffee or espresso
  3. Pour in a coffee cup and enjoy!

CINNAMON COMFORT LATTE:

(serves 1)
¼ t ground cinnamon
1 C milk of your choice (almond, oat, regular)
1 t vanilla extract
1 t liquid monk fruit or sweetener of your choice
Pinch of sea salt
Coffee

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small saucepan, on low heat, add cinnamon, let roast for 1 minute
  2. Add in milk, sweetener, vanilla and salt
  3. Heat until just the edges start to bubble
  4. Add coffee and froth

MATCHA LEMONADE 

(serves 1)
2g or Single Serving Ceremonial Grade Matcha
5oz Water
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 T Ginger-monk fruit simple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In an 8oz glass, add ice and 5 TBSP simple syrup.
  2. In a separate bowl on the side, whisk matcha & 3 TBSP water to form a paste, making sure there are no clumps.
  3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into a cup and stir to incorporate.
  4. Drink up!
