~2g or Single Serving Ceremonial Grade Matcha
Juice of 1 Lemon
5 TBSP Ginger-monk fruit simple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1. In an 8oz gladd, add ice and 5 TBSP simple syrup.
2. In a seperate bowl on the side, whisk matcha & 3 TBSP water to form a paste, making sure there are no clumps.
3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into cup and stir to incorporate.
4. Drink up!
