Smashing Goals & Taking Names

How POUND is supporting cross departmental initiatives for partners across the globe

One thing we have learned from working with so many badass gym operators and owners, from boutique to big box gyms: being a decision-maker in the world of fitness is multifaceted and demanding.
When there is already so much going on, the prospect of launching something new can feel like a daunting task.
Knowing this, we work hard at POUND HQ to make sure launching our program is not only easy and streamlined with on demand support from our in-house team, but also an endeavor that meets multiple goals on our partners’ lists!
See below for some real examples of how POUND has helped past and present partners and participants thrive by their own standards and in their own words:

MEMBER RETENTION AND SOLD OUT SHOWS: KEEPING THE BAND TOGETHER!

NEW MEMBERS: SETTING VENUES APART WITH POUND

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION: WIDENING PARTICIPANT DEMOGRAPHICS THROUGH POUND

BUDGETS: IMPROVING BOTTOMS AND BOTTOM LINES WITH POUND

“From a business standpoint, bringing a program like POUND to your studio is exceptionally cost efficient. The only expense is paying a POUND Pro (an instructor) to teach the class, and investing in minimal equipment costs—in this case, Ripstix®—for your future rockstars. No one around our area was offering it, so we started off with a bang! It gave us the edge that we needed to stand out as a new studio.”

NURTURING, ATTRACTING AND DEVELOPING TOP TALENT

“Once you run into Pro's that have taken Level Up [POUND’s continuing education course] you hear how wonderful it is and it shows in their skills and makes their classes better and better! I feel more excited now myself!! Absolutely, this training is helping me open my eyes more to my own abilities”
Arlene Cassedy, POUND Pro

WORD OF MOUTH AND HIGHLY ENGAGED INSTRUCTORS: LET ‘EM TALK!

"I smile when I think of the POUND family—I get to see POUND reach my students and change their bodies. I get to engage with new people who try it and I see their face light up. My favorite is when I elevator pitch to folks at the gas station, give them my schedule, and feel elated when I SEE them in my class!"
Stephanie Hobbs, POUND Tour Crew
