You know that sauce you love that you put on everything? Move it over. There’s a new one in town, and it’s PACKED with nutrients. It includes a secret ingredient (hint: starts with “an”, ends with “-chovy”), but don’t let it scare you. This pairs with pretty much everything- chicken, fish, steak, veggies, etc. Try it and thank us later!
2 Cups Lightly Packed Cilantro, Parsley & Chives
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1-2 Garlic Cloves
1 TBSP capers
Juice of 1 Lemon
1. Add all ingredients to a food blender or processor.
2. Add seasoning to taste.
3. Blend until sauce has a creamy or smooth consistency.
4. Serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
