I did not receive an email inviting me to The Label

If you recently completed a POUND Training and didn’t receive an email invitation to The Label, don’t worry. Occasionally, invitations don’t arrive as expected.

The best next step is to contact our support team so we can take a closer look. We’ll check your account, confirm whether the invitation was sent, and make sure you get access as quickly as possible.

To access The Label, head to the Label homepage using this link: The Label Homepage

If you already have an active subscription, you’ll see The Label and all of your program’s content will be on the left. If you don’t have a subscription yet, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan and complete your purchase before being able to rock out on The Label.

Once you’re logged in, The Label becomes your home base for music, choreography, education, and all Pro resources.

If you have questions or need help in the meantime, we’re always happy to assist.

I have a partnership/event marketing/press opportunity

That sounds exciting! We’d love to hear more!

For brand partnerships or event marketing inquiries, please email us directly at [email protected] with details about your idea, timeline, and goals.

For press and media inquiries, including print, television, or online features, please reach out to [email protected].

If you’re not sure which one to send your email to, feel free to reach out to Rockstar Support at [email protected]. We’ll make sure it gets to the right person.

Please note that any POUND Program must receive prior approval from POUND HQ before being featured or represented in press or media of any kind. This helps ensure our Programs are presented accurately and consistently across all platforms.

We appreciate you thinking of POUND, and we look forward to connecting.

I have a song suggestion, who do I send it to?

We love hearing what’s getting you fired up. If you have a song suggestion you’d like to share, you’ve got two easy options.

You can reach out directly to Rockstar Support, and we’ll make sure your suggestion gets passed along to the right team. You can also submit your idea through our Contact Us form if that’s easier for you.

While we can’t guarantee every suggestion will be used, Pros help shape the energy of POUND, and we’re always excited to hear what’s inspiring you. Keep the music coming.

I need to update my class schedule

If you need to update your class schedule on poundfit.com, you can do that directly through The Label. Log in, head to My Profile, then scroll to the Classes section. From there, you can edit your existing classes, update times or locations, or remove any sessions that are no longer being held.

Since class listings are entirely instructor‑managed, it’s important to keep your schedule current. Participants rely on these listings to find accurate class information in their area, and updating your schedule helps people discover you, connect with you, and show up ready to ROCK.

If you run into any trouble or want help making adjustments, feel free to reach out and we’ll support you however we can.

If your Venue needs approval, you can fill out our Venue Enrollment Form here.

I used your Find a Class page to locate a class near me, how do I register or reserve a spot in class?

To register for a local POUND class, start by heading to our Find a Class page on poundfit.com. You can search by location, and the map will show all active classes that Pros have posted in your area.

Once you find a class that interests you, click on the instructor’s headshot. This will open their Pro Profile, where you can see their class details, social media links, and any contact information they have chosen to share. Most Pros manage their own registration process, so they may direct you to a sign‑up link, a studio website, or their messaging platform of choice.

Because each venue and instructor handles registration differently, we do not book spots on behalf of Pros, and we do not control class schedules or updates. If a class is cancelled or relocated, the instructor is the only one who can provide the most accurate, up‑to‑date information. Reaching out to them directly through their shared contact channels is the best way to confirm details or secure your spot.

If you ever have trouble connecting with a local Pro, feel free to let us know. We can help point you in the right direction so you can get rocking as soon as possible.

I want to create my own POUND t-shirt or merchandise

POUND Programs and logos are registered trademarks, so there are a few important guidelines to follow if you’d like to create custom merchandise.

You’re welcome to design items for personal use only, as long as:

  • The POUND logo is used exactly as provided, with no changes or alterations (We’re happy to provide PDF or Vector files for you)
  • The item is not sold, duplicated, or distributed for profit

If you’d like to move forward, you’ll need to submit your design for review by POUND HQ. Just use the link below and attach a mock‑up of your design so our team can take a look.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • All designs are reviewed case by case
  • Approved designs may not be sold or reproduced
  • Your submission must be received at least two weeks before your intended print date

This process helps protect the POUND brand while still giving Pros room to express their creativity. If you have questions before submitting, feel free to reach out and we’ll help guide you.

Click here to submit your design!

I was notified that my order was delivered but I haven’t received it.

Once an order is processed and leaves our fulfillment center, the courier is responsible for the successful delivery of your order. The best course of action is to reach out to the courier (FedEx, USPS, etc.) directly with your tracking number and, if needed, escalate to their Claims Department.

I’m locked out of The Label – Help!

If you’re having trouble logging into The Label, start by confirming you’re using the username and password you created when you registered for your POUND Training.

If you need to reset your password, you can do so using either your email address or your username. You can begin the reset process here.

For more detailed, step‑by‑step instructions, visit I Forgot My Label Password.

If you’re still unable to log in after trying these steps, please contact Rockstar Support, and we’ll help get you back into The Label.

I’m pregnant, can I do any POUND program?

Your safety is the top priority. If you’re pregnant or think you might be, you should get approval from your doctor or licensed healthcare provider before attending any POUND class or enrolling in a POUND Training. Every pregnancy is different, and your provider is the best person to tell you what movements and exertion levels are appropriate for you.

Once you have your doctor’s permission, here’s what to do:

If you’re attending a POUND class

Talk with your local POUND Pro before class. Let them know you’re expecting so they can offer modification options, help you manage intensity, and guide you toward movements that feel strong and supported.

If you’re attending a POUND Training

Reach out to us directly before your training date. We’ll help you connect with your ICON, and we’ll make sure they’re aware so they can support you with modifications, pacing guidance, and anything else you may need throughout the session or, worst case, we can reschedule your Training. We’re happy to be flexible!

Listening to your body is key. If something feels uncomfortable or too intense, you can always slow down, modify, or pause. When you’re cleared by your doctor, comfortable in your movements, and ready to ROCK, we’ll be right there with you.

I’m returning to teaching POUND after a long break, how can I get started again?

Welcome back! Getting started again depends on how long you’ve been away from The Label, which serves as your ongoing license to teach any POUND Program.

If you’ve been inactive for less than six months, you can log back into The Label using your most recent username/password combo and re‑subscribe. Once your subscription is active, your teaching license is reinstated and you’ll regain access to all Pro resources. If you can’t remember your password, we can help with that too.

If you’ve been inactive for more than six months, you may be required to attend a POUND Training again. The good news is that returning Pros are often eligible to re‑train at a discounted rate, making it easier to step back in with confidence.

If you’re unsure where you fall or want help choosing the right next step, reach out to us and we’ll walk you through your options. We’re excited to help you get back to ROCKing.

If I have questions about the workouts, who can I contact?

If you have questions about any of the POUND workouts, the best place to start is by reaching out to POUND HQ. We’re always happy to help clarify movements, offer guidance, and point you toward resources that support your teaching and your practice.

If you’re an active POUND Pro, you can also explore The Label for tutorials, education, and breakdowns that walk you through technique, cueing, modifications, and more.

Whenever something feels unclear, you’re never on your own. Just reach out, and we’ll help you keep ROCKing with confidence.
