How do I download tracks?

Click the Music Note located at the bottom right hand corner of the Instructor Track Video, then save it to your desktop or laptop computer and click open. The song will open from whatever media platform is installed on your computer. After this you can create a playlist within your preferred media platform.

How do I find a licensed POUND instructor for hire near me?

How do I report a non-Pro teaching POUND or someone reselling Ripstix? ️

If you need to report someone who’s teaching a POUND Program without an active license, or someone who’s reselling Ripstix®, you can do that through the Brand Infringement Form inside your Label account.

To access the form:

Log in to The Label.
Go to your My Account page.
Scroll to the bottom until you see the Brand Infringement Form.

The form is confidential, and you can share any details you have about the situation. This helps us protect participants, support our licensed Pros, and make sure the POUND brand is represented safely and correctly.

If you’re not sure what to include, just share what you know. Our team will review it and take it from there. ️

How do I sign up for Backstage? ️

Signing up for Backstage by POUND is quick and easy. If you’ve never used it before, here’s what the process looks like:

Head to the Backstage by POUND homepage.
Click Join in the top right corner.
Choose your subscription type (monthly or annual).
Enter your account details. You’ll provide your email and full name, and then you’ll receive a link to create your password.
Add your payment information to activate your account.

Every new user receives a 7‑day free trial, so you can explore the workouts and see if Backstage is right for you before your subscription begins.

Important note about accounts

Backstage by POUND and The Label are two completely separate platforms. They don’t share login information automatically. If you already have a Label account, you’ll still need to create a new Backstage account. You’re welcome to use the same email and password, but Backstage won’t recognize your Label login unless you set it up manually.

How do I start offering a POUND format at my facility?️

If you’re a Venue Manager and want to bring POUND to your members, you’re off to a great start. Here’s how to get your program up and ROCKing.

1. Get your instructors trained

POUND formats can only be taught by licensed POUND Pros, so the first step is choosing which of your instructors you’d like to send to a POUND Training. Trainings are available both in person and online, and they’re open to anyone with a passion for movement, music, and community.

Once your team completes their training, they’ll receive their certification and immediate access to The Label, our online instructor platform where they’ll find everything they need to teach successfully.

2. Equip your team with Ripstix

All POUND classes require Ripstix, our lightly weighted, signature exercise sticks. For facilities launching new classes, we recommend purchasing a larger box so your instructors can lead full, high‑energy sessions with ease. Bulk Ripstix options are available in the Pro Shop once your instructors have active Label access.

3. Use The Label to launch your schedule

Every active POUND Pro receives:

New music and choreography releases
Marketing materials you can use to promote your new classes
Class planning tools and teaching resources
Pro Perks, discounts, and ongoing education

These resources make it simple for your instructors to build a strong program and keep your members excited to come back.

4. Add your classes to our website

Once your instructors are ready to go, they can submit your facility and class details to appear on our Find a Class map. This helps new participants in your area discover your offerings and connect with your instructors directly.

How do I switch from a monthly to a yearly account?

Go to My Account (https://backstage.poundfit.com/user/account) and under Your Subscription, select Change Plan and select your desired subscription type.

How do I update my Backstage payment method? ️

To update your Backstage payment method, go to your My Account page.

Under Payment Information, select Update Credit Card Info and enter your new details. Once saved, your updated payment method will be applied to your Backstage subscription.

How do I update my billing information? ️

Follow these steps to update your billing information:

Log into The Label.
Click My Account
Scroll down to Payment and select “manage payment”

How does this program work virtually? How does it keep kids engaged? What about the Ripstix?

POUND for Schools has seen success in its virtual classes thanks to the program’s dynamic class progressions, strategic student engagement, and fun movement sequences. Following class progressions, as they are provided by POUND, students move through a series of different games and challenges that have the potential to captivate their attention and keep them looking forward to class week after week! As far as Ripstix are concerned, there are two great options for getting Ripstix into the hands of your virtual students. The first option is to direct student guardians to the POUND Shop or Amazon and purchase a pair to be shipped directly to their homes. Another option is to offer a Ripstix loan and have guardians come and sign out their student’s pair during a designated time and a designated location.

How is POUND Unplugged different from other POUND programs?

POUND Unplugged is exclusively 30-minutes. The POUND Unplugged class experience is structured in two segments. 20 minutes to ROCK, heat up the body, raise your heart rate and peak your performance, followed by challenging mat work intended to build strength both inside and out. This segment is followed by a 10-minute RESET. A series of powerful and integrated mindfulness exercises, stretching, breath work, and meditation.

How much does international shipping cost?

How will I know how much my order will cost?

Just add items to your basket and click select to check out. Your order total will be displayed in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the US to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries supported. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within checkout.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

How much does it cost to have a POUND instructor come in and lead a demo class?️

The cost of a POUND demo class isn’t fixed, because each licensed POUND Pro sets their own rates and terms. Pricing can vary based on the instructor’s experience, travel needs, class length, and the type of event you want to host.

If you already have an instructor in mind, you can reach out to them directly to discuss their rate and availability.

If you don’t have a local Pro selected yet, we can help you get connected. When a venue wants to host a demo or class and needs an instructor, we’ll send a “job offer” email to Pros in that area. Interested Pros may contact you directly and you can review their rates, schedules, and event details.

This process keeps things flexible for your business while giving our Pros full autonomy to set fair compensation for their time and expertise.

How much space does each person need to do any POUND format?

To ensure safety, each participant should have approximately 6ft x 4ft of space. This means, while standing in place, each participant should be able to extend their arms with the Ripstix® 360 degrees around the body and should also be able to step back into an unobstructed lunge.

How should I prepare for my virtual training?

First, you’ll want to register for the virtual training you want to attend via https://poundfit.com/instructor-training-results/
Next, you’ll need to create a Zoom account and download the Zoom app on your computer, tablet, smartphone, or device. Visit: https://zoom.us/home?zcid=2478

Then, you’ll want to choose your training day space. We recommend at least 4’ x 6’ of space, clear of obstacles and safe to move in. Within this space you’ll want to test where you’ll put the device you’ll be streaming the training on to ensure you can see your ICON and they can see you. Wherever this space ends up being, check to make sure your power cord will reach the outlet – your battery may not last all hours of the training. To earn your Pro license and CEC credits for that POUND program, you will need to be present and visible for the entire training day. Because of this, it is extremely important that you test your space, setup, wifi and power options, etc. before the training day. If you are offline or off-screen for more than 60 minutes total (excluding any of the breaks), POUND may withhold your license and ask that you attend another training. In this situation, your registration may be transferred to a future training. A refund of your training fees will not be issued.
