Is the virtual training pre-taped?
Virtual trainings are experiential, live-streamed experiences facilitated by Zoom video webinars. You, your fellow training participants, and ICON will be interacting in real time.
Is there an at-home product?
We offer our on demand platform Backstage. Backstage is an online, on-demand, streaming service that brings POUND workout to you anytime, anywhere! All you need is a pair of Ripstix and an internet connection and you’ll be ready to ROCK!

May I take screenshots of the webinar?
- No, screenshots taken by participants of the webinar are strictly prohibited. Your ICON will take a few screenshots throughout the day, but will also alert everyone before doing so. This will allow anyone who prefers that their picture not be taken step out of frame.
My school administration enrolled me in the POUND for Schools program when we launched at our school, and I love it so much I want to teach outside of school now too, am I allowed?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original product packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or an error caused by our fulfillment center.

Product Exchanges
We do not allow for product exchanges or refunds for Ripstix packages. Exchanges are only permitted for apparel purchases and if inventory is available. The item being returned must be new and unused. You can return your original order if all products are unused within 30 days for a refund and create a new order for the exchange.
In addition to packing and shipping the item you wish to return, please also email [email protected] and include the following information:

Shipping Policy
Orders received before 10am PST will ship by the end of the next business day (not including holidays).
Orders received after 10am PST will ship within two business days (not including holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to one business day for your tracking information to update.
Please ensure all information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, our warehouse immediately begins processing the order making it difficult for orders to be altered or changed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. Packages may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.
If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. For more information on our Return Policy, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
All shipping costs, domestic and international, are calculated by the respective courier and not determined by POUND. POUND cannot alter shipping costs in any way.

Yes! Simply click on the training details and you will see the button to join the waitlist. We also have many virtual training options.
The virtual training I’m interested in is sold out. Why is there a participant maximum for virtual trainings?
What ages are Generation POUND and POUND for Schools designed for?
While the program is able to be modified slightly to work for all ages (adults love it too), the program and the social-emotional activities and lesson plans were developed specifically for elementary-aged children aged 6-12. POUND for Schools’ lesson plans are created for Grades 1-6 but are easily adaptable for other grade levels so long as the Pros make the necessary adjustments. If you’re planning to teach teenagers and older aged kids, we’d recommend POUND Pro Training!

What are POUND Education Hours?
POUND Education Hours are continued education units specific to POUND. Stack up your POUND Education Hours to achieve milestones and earn exclusive badges that will appear on your POUND PROfile page!
You will start earning POUND Education Hours after completion of an E-Course, Virtual Courses, and Virtual Workshops (when attended live), as well as first-time graduates of POUND Pro training, Generation POUND training, LEVEL Up training, and POUND Unplugged. Earn milestone badges at 20, 50, and 100 hours. Note: POUND Education Hours are not awarded after watching Virtual Courses or Virtual Workshop recordings.

What are the requirements for my POUND Pro License?️
Completion of a POUND Pro Training entitles you (“Instructor”) to a license to teach POUND and grants you the right to use the class name POUND®, teach using official POUND choreography, use POUND’s proprietary equipment (“Ripstix®”), and hold the title of POUND Pro.
To maintain your license and continue teaching, you must join and maintain an active subscription to POUND’s online instructor network, The Label (“Instructor Network”). Membership in The Label ensures continued access to Authorized Workouts, music, choreography, education, and instructor resources. It also allows you to keep your instructor profile, class listings, and “Member Since” date active on poundfit.com, as well as access exclusive partner discounts and special event opportunities.
If your membership in The Label becomes inactive, expires, or is canceled, your teaching license will immediately become inactive. You will have six (6) months to reinstate your license by reactivating your Label membership. After that, you will be required to re-attend a POUND Pro Training (at a discounted rate) to renew your license and regain access to The Label. Upon cancellation, your class and event listings, instructor profile, and “Member Since” date will also be removed from poundfit.com, and all rights granted under your license will be forfeited until reinstatement.
What can we use to sanitize our Ripstix? ️
Ripstix® are made from durable, non‑porous plastic, so they’re easy to clean. You can use any standard sanitizing wipe or disinfectant spray that’s safe for gym equipment. Most common antibacterial wipes, all‑purpose disinfectant sprays, and gym‑grade cleaners will work well.
Just give them a quick wipe, let them dry, and they’ll be ready to ROCK for the next class.

What devices can I stream Backstage from?
You can stream BACKSTAGE workouts from any smartphone, smart TV, tablet, or computer device with a wifi connection or data plan.
What do Activities look like?
Generation POUND®’s Activities complement the start-and-stop, free-play structure of class and children’s natural patterns of physical activity. Each Activity is designed to promote up to 5 key learning outcomes – self-expression, confidence, musicality, teamwork and leadership, and is strategically placed within Lesson plan progressions and class PLAYlists. Each 2-part Activity features an introduction (the Why), key learning outcomes, the tools and preparation required and step-by-step instructions.
