Where can I download my training certificate?

You can download your training certificate directly inside The Label. Here’s how to find it:

  1. Log in to The Label.
  2. Select the arrow next to your name and profile picture on the bottom left side of the screen.
  3. Click the My Trainings & EDU tab.
  4. Under My Trainings, look for the Certificate column.
  5. Select Download Certificate to save your PDF copy.

If you ever have trouble locating your certificate or need help downloading it, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Where can I find marketing materials to promote my class?

The ‘Marketing + Promotion’ section of The Label contains a library of materials, including images, posters, videos, social media assets, and best practices for Pros and Venues. Log in and access the materials in The Label for your specific POUND program.

Where can I preview any of the POUND formats or learn more about them?

If you want to get a feel for POUND before jumping into a training, we’ve got the perfect place to start. You can preview our formats on a dedicated page that features a 15‑minute masterclass demonstration led by one of our ICONs, followed by a quick Q&A session that walks you through what POUND is all about.

This page gives you a real look at the movement, the music, the energy, and the teaching style behind our workouts. It’s the easiest way to experience the vibe, learn how each format works, and decide which training feels right for you.

Where do I access the music for my classes?

POUND uses popular, publicly available music (versus music we’ve produced ourselves) so our participants can find their rockstar moment while listening to a familiar favorite tune. As such, your Label subscription includes the cost of the song.

We do supply downloads, although you can use other licensed music purchasing and streaming services like Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, and Spotify if you would like.

This allows us to use great, popular music in class…not to mention it also gives back to the amazing artists who create the songs!

Where do I find larger boxes of Ripstix® on The Shop?

Only single sets of Ripstix® are available for sale on The Shop. Larger packages of Ripstix (15 sets, 25 sets, and 50 sets) are exclusively available for sale to licensed Pros and POUND Venues.

 

If you’re a licensed Pro with an active subscription to The Label, you can access the PRO Shop through your account on The Label. If you’re a gym owner/manager, you can enroll your venue here. Once approved, you will get access to the Venue Hub where you can purchase Ripstix.

Which language(s) are trainings offered in?

We’re proud to offer POUND Trainings in a wide variety of languages so Pros around the world can learn, grow, and ROCK in the way that feels most natural to them. Our programs are currently available in:

Bahasa Indonesia, Czech, English, French, German, Hungarian, Japanese, Mandarin, Polish, and Spanish.

Which products can I purchase with my POUND® Gift Card?

POUND gift cards can be used towards the Shop merchandise (U.S. customers only*), Ripstix® packages, paid virtual courses, and training registrations**.

*Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for international shop orders.

**Gift cards cannot be used towards The Label subscription renewals.

Who can access Backstage?

Backstage by POUND is available to anyone who wants to experience POUND workouts on demand. You don’t need to be a POUND Pro, attend classes, or hold a certification. Anyone can create an account, start a subscription, and jump into the workouts.

Backstage is especially helpful for:

  • People who want to try POUND at home
  • Participants who want extra sessions between in‑person classes
  • Pros who want to stay connected to the movement and the music

All you need is a Backstage account and an active subscription. If you’ve never subscribed before, you’ll receive a 7‑day free trial to explore the workouts and see how it fits your routine.

If you’re ready to start, you can join directly from the Backstage homepage and begin ROCKing whenever you like.

If you want to view your training information right away, head to MY TRAININGS & EDU. Everything related to your Training lives there. Zoom links are kept updated and will be on this page if you need it.

For a Virtual Training, you should receive a digital copy of the Training Guide and a Ripstix Request Form for your pair of Ripstix. If you haven’t received either of these, let us know at [email protected] and we’ll make sure you’re all ready for Training.

Why must I project my video presence during the training?

    • You’ve chosen to attend a POUND training because you want to teach others how to move through a POUND class with safety, accuracy, precision and confidence. To do this, not only must you be able to see your ICON but they must be able to see you. By using the webinars video capabilities, you will be able to:
        • Move “alongside” your ICON and fellow participants
        • Observe your ICON and fellow participants move and therefore learn by observation
        • Receive feedback from your ICON to help you improve and fine-tune your movement quality and instructional skills

Will POUND donate to my charitable event or organization?

It is our policy to review and give fair consideration to all requests from community organizations and charities. In an effort to maximize our ability to give back, we have instituted guidelines for our donations. Approval of donation requests is granted to organizations that provide community support in the following areas:

  • Health, Wellness, Fitness
  • Music & The Arts
  • Youth & Female Empowerment

Requests for donations are handled as such:

  • We do not give cash donations, nor do we provide donations to organizations that have affiliations with a political or religious cause.
  • No organization is eligible to receive more than one donation per year.
  • Please note that due to inventory and budget constraints, not all requests can be accommodated.
  • If the request can be accommodated, please allow four weeks for handling.
  • Regardless of the decision on the request, you will be notified in seven days regarding the status of your request.
  • Please keep in mind that submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation.
